一、此产品为医疗产品，具有以下特性
1，材料为透明PVC，要求产品表面不能有异色、黑点等问题
2，热敏性塑料过热或剪切过度都易引致分解
3，酸性材料更易腐蚀模具钢（流道壁）
二、根据此材料属性，结合客户要求，经SINO(先锐)技术综合分析，确定采用S-RHEO CC系统。此系统的分流板流道采用特殊设计，流道板分开上下两块加工，流道由加工中心锣出，杜绝死角，并且容易清理。
Project characteristics and customer requirements
This is the medical supplies, with the following features:
1. The material is the transparent PVC which can not have different colors, black spots and other problems on the surface of the product.
2. It is easily lead to decomposition when heat-sensitive plastic overheating or over-shear.
3. Acidic material will be more corrosion the mold steel( the wall of flow channel)
4. According to this material properties, combined with customer requirements and SINO's technology complex analysis,we decide to apply the S-RHEO CC system for this part.The manifold's runner channel of this system is applied the special design, which this plate is divided into two blocks of up and down,and the runner is going out of themachining center to eliminate dead ends and easy to clean.
