项目特性及客户要求
一、此产品为餐具类多腔（1X16）长条状产品，并排两排排位，产品要求填充压力小并且填充平衡，因此我们使用双层分流板设计达到流道平衡与热量均衡，同时减少流道与转角的压力，优化填充。
二、倒装模具，外观要求严格，所以将进胶点设计在产品背面凹槽里面，由于凹槽空间较小，因此综合产品结构及模流分析，为客户选用SINO(先锐)PRM-GC系统。
此系统使用特别的咀尖设计，可实现产品在较小的空间里进胶。
使用“T”-heater旋紧式加热器，温度控制精准。
Project characteristics and customer requirements
一、This is a tableware product of mutil-cavity and long shape , it has 2 rows, the part is required that small injection pressure and filling balanced. Therefore, we apply the double manifold to fulfill the filling balanced and thermal balanced, it reduce the pressure for channel and diversion as well to optimize the injection.
二、Inverse-installing mold, it has high cosmetic requirement, so the injection point is located inside recess on the product back, because the space of recess position is more smaller, and conbined with its structure and mold flow analysis, we select SINO PRM-GC system for this part.
This system use the special nozzle tip design to fulfill the injection point can be located on smaller space.
It apply the screwed "T" - heater and make sure the accurate temperature control.
