当我烧好一壶白开水，坐在桌前敲击这些字时，网络上舆论声嚣，从锁链女到大国宣战，一边极具体，一边极宏大。孕育子女的母亲被奴役失声，掠杀子女的战争义正辞严。或许自2020年初疫情爆发，世界就已进入一轮新的变动，这次展览作品也几乎从2020年始。每当浪潮汹涌，山川摇晃，我也如一棵求生的树，死死抓住我作为普通人唯一的领土——身体，它是不只有眼睛和大脑，还包括着双手与心灵、皮肤与骨骼的生命体，它能够依靠自己本身的感受思考，能够依靠自己内在的心灵分辨，能够依靠自己的双手劳作。
由此，在有限的范围内，为我感受到的永恒灵魂赋形，以望能够伸展出一些，叫分裂的“你”、“我”有可能联结成为“我们”的触角。
作品中，我所关切的主题始终围绕“关联”。我们从不是孤立生活在世界上，个体生存处处依赖着他者，自由也紧紧依附在淳朴基本的关联之上。
我感兴趣的是观察和澄清在多个对象之间出现的关系状态，及其动势。例如，由人际关系或环境引发的个体变化，或反之，由局部带来的整体变化。再比如，过去与未来，在一个人的身上，如何被勾连编织起来，成为一段故事。这种互相影响，互相形塑，其中的动力来源，以及变化过程，常常是我关注的地方。
每一位作者，都试图通过作品呈出一个真实的生命样本，每一件作品，也都自有它渴求的方向，盼望我们能在其中相遇。

Personal Statement
Sometimes I feel that my work is as similar as a tree which will never fly up or leave the ground. With its roots poking into to the ground, however, the branches and leaves, clearly visible on the ground. The branches and leaves that have died over the years have been decomposed into mud. In the deep, every inch of nutrition I absorb will turn into an inch of new shoots growing on top of the trees. My life is very simple and practical showing its own cracks and light.
When I boiled a pot of water, sat at the table and typed these words, meanwhile, the massive things appearing on the internet, from the chain girl to the big country declaring war. Some public opinions about them were very specific, and the others were very grand. The enslavement is silent, and the war of plundering and killing children is justified. Perhaps since the outbreak of the epidemic in early 2020, the world has entered a new round of changes, and the works in this exhibition have almost begun in 2020. Whenever the tide is turbulent and the mountains and rivers sway, I am like a tree for survival, clinging to my only territory as an ordinary person - my body, which not only includes eyes and brains, but also hands and hearts, skin and bones. A living being can rely on its own feelings to think, to rely on its own inner mind to discern, and to rely on its own hands to work.
In this way, within a limited range, I shape the eternal soul I feel, hoping to stretch out some tentacles to connect us which sometimes splits into "you" and "I".
In my works, the theme of my concern always revolves around "connection". We never live in isolation in the world. Individual existence depends on others everywhere, and freedom is also closely attached to the simple and basic relationship.
I am interested in observing and clarifying the relational postures that arise between multiple objects and their dynamics. For example, individual changes caused by interpersonal relationships or the environment, and local changes bring bout the overall changes. Another example is how the past and the future, in a person, are intertwined and woven into a story. This mutual influence and mutual shaping, the source of power and the process of change, are often my focus.
Every author tries to present a real life sample through his or her works and every piece of work also has its own direction of desire, hoping that we can meet in it.
