Sweet Porridge（甜粥）英文通常以“神奇的粥锅”的名称命名，是格林兄弟在19世纪记录的一个民间德国童话，为格林童话中的第103个故事。
这是一个非常经典的故事: 一个家境贫穷的小姑娘从老婆婆那意外获得一口小锅，它能自动煮出甜粥来，对小锅说：“别煮啦，小锅！”就可以停止煮粥。小姑娘和妈妈用这个小锅一直一直煮，最后整个镇上都是粥，每个人都有粥吃了。

《The Magic Porridge Pot》
Once upon a time, a little girl met an old woman.
从前，一个小女孩遇到了一个老妇人。
The old woman gave her a magic porridge pot.
老妇人给了她一口神奇的粥锅。
"Cook, little pot, cook," said the old woman.
“煮吧，小锅，煮吧，” 老妇人说。
And the little pot cooked some porridge.
然后小锅便煮了一些粥。
"Stop, little pot, stop," said the old woman.
“停下来，小锅，停下来，” 老妇人说。
"And the little pot stopped cooking."
接着小锅便停止了煮粥。
The little girl took the magic porridge pot to her mother.
小女孩把这口神奇的粥锅给了她的妈妈。
"Cook, little pot, cook," said the little girl's mother.
“煮吧，小锅，煮吧，” 小女孩的妈妈说。
And the little pot cooked some porridge.
然后小锅便煮起粥来。
Soon the kitchen was full of porridge.
很快厨房里满满的都是粥了。
And still the magic porridge pot went on cooking.
然而这口神奇的粥锅还在继续煮着。
Soon the house was full of porridge.
很快整个房子都装满了粥。
And still the magic porridge pot went on cooking.
然而这口神奇的粥锅还在继续煮着。
Soon the street was full of porridge.
很快整条街都满是粥了。
And still the magic porridge pot went on cooking.

Soon the whole town was full of porridge.
