Recently, we welcomed Tomas Chilly, the Executive Sous Chef.
He and Twister Zong, the Executive Chef, combined Western and Chinese flavours to develop new concept of the dinner buffet, bringing a new flavour to Elements Restaurant.

Tomas迄今为止已有15年的酒店餐饮工作经验,曾在国内外多家凯宾斯基酒店任职。他能将本地特色风味与西式经典菜肴巧妙结合,为客人带来味蕾与视觉的全新享受
Tomas has 15 years of food and beverage management experience and has served at several Kempinski Hotels. He can skillfully combine the local flavor with the western classic dishes to bring the guests a new taste buds and visual enjoyment.
