New Ticket- Policy for Air and Rail Travel

From 0:00 on January 27th, passengers who purchase tickets for the Spring Festival period from January 28th to March 8th can get a free refund or at least one reschedule.

The specific rules are:

Passengers travelling from 28 January to 3 February may apply for a refund or can reschedule from 0:00 on 27 January until the departure of the flight;

Passengers travelling from 4 February to 8 March may apply for a refund or can reschedule from 0:00 on 27 January until 7 days before departure.

Passengers who have applied for a refund or wish to reschedule before 0:00 on 27 January will not apply to this policy.

From 28th January, if passengers miss their trains or there are no trails available before 24:00 on the day of departure, passengers can change their tickets for the same day through
