To enhance the winter tourism experience for visitors, the Jingyue Tan 净月潭游客中心Scenic Area in Changchun will allow visitor vehicles to enter the previously restricted area from December 1, 2024, to March 1, 2025, during the winter tourism season.
Currently, the area is open for vehicles from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM daily. The fee is 40 RMB per vehicle for cars with 7 seats or fewer (including 7-seat vehicles) and 50 RMB per vehicle for vehicles with more than 7 seats.

Important Notes:
After paying the vehicle fee, each vehicle is allowed only one entry and exit from the scenic area. Drivers and passengers must still purchase tickets according to the park's regulations.
Vehicles must comply with the laws, regulations, and park rules when driving in the scenic area, and follow the principle of "safe driving, yielding to pedestrians." Drivers must listen to the park staff for guidance and management.
The vehicle route is one-way along the park's West Ring Lake; driving in the opposite direction is prohibited. In case of extreme weather or large events, please follow the instructions of the staff on site.
Due to icy and slippery conditions in winter, vehicles should follow the designated route and drive at a speed not exceeding 30 km/h.
It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable, explosive, toxic, or hazardous chemicals into the scenic area.
Visitors can handle vehicle entry procedures at the main entrance or the West Gate ticket office.
