Spinning Knifehand (one of the Core Testing Techniques in the 6th kyu Blue Belt Testing)

技术要领Notice：

1. 先转头，做到：眼到，手到。

   Eyes first, Strike Second.

2. 手部可以用手刀、拳眼击打，击打后快速收回，保持格斗防守姿势。

   Use Knifehand or Hammer Fist to strike the oppenent's head. Keep guard position after strike ASAP.

3. 转身分为：原地转身（如视频） 和 上步转身击打。

   Spinning Strike has 2 types:  Spin on the spot  ; Forward and Spin.

   
   

如何运用？

How to Use?

1. 当对手出直拳、正面腿法进攻过来，向旁边格挡后迅速使用此技术，击打对方的头部。

   When the oppenet gives Straight Punch or Straight Kick, you move left/right with blocking, then use spinning strike to the head.

   
   

2. 由于杀伤力极大，空手道比赛禁止使用，在街头护身时，可以使用，一击必杀。

   Since this spinning strike is too heavy, it's forbbiden in the Karate Competition. But we can use it when in the real life when our life is in danger by knocking down the bad guys.
