柳军先生来自北京，在北京喜来登长城饭店开启了他的酒店职业生涯。拥有30余年的酒店从业经验的他，有着非常坚实的各级管理经验及市场营销背景。在任成都协信中心希尔顿酒店总经理之前，柳军先生曾先后担任天津君隆威斯汀酒店总经理、天津君隆威斯汀酒店和天津喜来登大酒店联席总经理、青岛城阳宝龙福朋喜来登酒店和海阳雅乐轩酒店总经理、淄博喜来登酒店及廊坊固安福朋喜来登酒店等多家国际星级酒店总经理职位，拥有10余年国际品牌酒店总经理经验的他，是一位充满激情的领导者和追求绩效的酒店管理者。凭借其丰富的敏锐的商业洞察力，深厚的专业知识及领导能力，势必会同成都协信中心希尔顿酒店的团队成员们一起，以“激情、务实、和谐、绩效”的理念，为宾客带去更加热情好客的服务，为集团和酒店创造新的佳绩。

洲际酒店集团近日任命贾诺德先生 (Rudolf Alexander Gimmi)为深圳好日子皇冠假日酒店总经理。深圳好日子皇冠假日酒店位于深圳福田中心区，拥有391间客房，获得多项荣誉并在市场上广受赞誉。贾诺德先生已于2021年7月1日正式接管该酒店。

贾诺德先生 (Rudolf Alexander Gimmi)来自德国，拥有超过25年的国际奢华酒店工作经验，业内足迹遍布罗莱夏朵，拉斐尔，文华东方，费尔蒙和香格里拉等多个国际品牌。

贾诺德先生毕业于蒙特雷理工学院（Tecnológico de Monterrey)并获得酒店管理学士学位，随后贾诺德先生从事酒店行业，先后在德国、法国、美国、墨西哥、加拿大、马尔代夫、中国等七个国家的门户城市工作过，在奢华酒店中积累了极为丰富的运营及管理经验。贾诺德先生对深圳市场并不陌生，其曾在深圳有超过两年的工作经验。

Accor is pleased to announce that Mr. Derek Guo has been appointed as the Hotel Manager of Sofitel Lianyungang Suning – In Charge, with full responsibility for the operation and management of the hotel. He will report directly to Ms. Chia Shan Au, Regional Director of Operations, Accor Greater China.

Derek has almost 20-years-experience in international hotel management, pre-opening, and hospitality in different cities and brands including Sofitel, Fairmont, Starwood, and Shangri-la in Qingdao, Nanjing and Beijing. The experience has equipped him with excellent operation skills, market acumen, and inspiration of innovation. His strength in stimulating the potential of teams and dedication to talent care and development shows extraordinary leadership.

Prior to his promotion to the position of Hotel Manager, Derek served as the EAM of the Hotel. This promotion has also benefited from the Accor talent program IHMP. With the leadership of Derek, the hotel teams have consistently created new breakthroughs and outstanding results, making Sofitel Lianyungang Suning the Best Choice Hotel in the city.

Derek enjoys road cycling and outdoor sports in his spare time to explore more interesting destinations.

With over 25 years’ experience in well-known international brand hotels located in Hubei, Anhui, Guangzhou, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, Mr. Tony Tong has rich experience in dish presentation, kitchen management and banquet kitchen operations. He is now the vice chairman of the Hubei Provincial Western Food Celebrity Chef Committee. Since he set foot in cooking, Mr. Tony Tong had been studying and focusing on Western, Japanese and fusion dishes. The dish he developed is also the only one included in the global Hilton cookbook in China. 金旺先生于1991年开启酒店生涯，先后曾在上海衡山路十二号豪华精选酒店担任工程总监、滁州港汇喜来登酒店担任总工程师、泰州万怡酒店总工程师一职。
