天津K11 Select商业艺术中心

由LLA建筑设计公司（Laguarda.LowArchitects）担任商业平面布局及室内设计的天津K11 Select坐落于天津滨海新区的周大福金融中心内。项目交通便捷，津滨轻轨和京津高铁可直达。总体项目建筑面积约4.3万平方米，以独特的设计融合汇聚高端商业，高级的艺术和文化创意，引领商圈格局的重塑与升级。天津K11 Select旨在为2021年的“滨城”打造消费体验与文化力量能够共融且蓬勃发展的全新空间，并为天津市民带来前所未有的艺术文化购物新体验。

With commercial layout and interior design by Laguarda.LowArchitects, K11 Select is atrendy destination located in the 530-meter Tianjin CTF Finance Centre in TianjinBinhai New Area. The surrounding site includes an International Golf Club,Tianjin Cultural Center - including a city library and several museums, the TangGubullet train station, and several parks.

With direct access to Tianjin Metro Line 9 and Beijing-TianjinIntercity Railway，the project has convenienttransportation connections with the city and the larger metropolitan region.With an overall area of approximately 43,000 square meters, Laguarda.Low'sunique design integrates high-end retail, high-end art and cultural creativity,and leads in the remodeling and upgrading of the entire business district.Tianjin K11 Select creates a new space where consumer experience and culturalpower blends and flourishes, bringing an unprecedented art and culturalshopping experience to Tianjin citizens.

于2008年创立的K11集团在面对商业空间陷入同质化的大潮时，用艺术文化打破了传统市场的桎梏，开创了国内独树一帜的“文化零售”先河，并推出了多个相关品牌。其推出的子品牌K11 Select旨在为千禧世代打造「潮&趣」生活主场，为年轻消费者提供“实验性”与“未来感”并存的艺术文化购物新体验。正如行业人士所说，“随着电商影响不断扩大，Z世代的需求愈加多变，创新商业模式涌现，新零售则更需要我们的探讨与实践”，而K11Select正是K11对新零售做出的新探索。

The K11 Group, founded in 2008 and faced with the tide ofhomogenized retail spaces, have broken the shackles of the traditional marketwith art and culture, creating a unique "cultural retail" precedentin China and launching a number of related brands. Its sub-brand, K11 Select,createsan exclusive"trendy& fun" life home for the new generationof consumers aged 18-25, aimed at their consumption demands of an "unlimitedimagination of the future" and "tasting new things", providingnew artistic and cultural shopping experiences of "experimental" and"sense of future" for young consumers full of curiosity andadvocating personality and pursuing taste. As industry insiders have said, "Asthe influence of e-commerce continues to expand, the needs of Generation Z havebecome more and more changeable, and innovative business models have emerged.New retail needs our discussion and practice". As K11Group's first cultural retail project in Tianjin, K11 Select continues the coreessence of K11 and perfectly integrates "Art, Humanity and Nature"into the shopping experience. Through the meticulously designed commerciallayout and circulation, the integration of unique retail stores, themed spaces,limited art activities and artworks, etc., allows the new generation to burstinto vitality in the power of cultural creativity.

项目由B1至L5共六层，依次为：未来食艺、未来精选、未来风尚、未来酷玩、未来潮趣、未来花园。不仅致力实现无缝数码零售体验，改变传统实体零售模式，为顾客带来未来感十足的多元互动数码体验；更是总计引进60余家优质品牌，其中有超过30家独家店、首店、新概念店以及K11 Select专属形象店，包括滨海独家的星巴克HP臻选店、首次进驻天津的T11生鲜超市、首次且独家落地天津K11 Select的华为授权体验PLUS店、DJI大疆新天津城市店等。

The projecthas six floors from B1 to L5, which are: future taste, future feature, futurefashion, future cool&play, future trendy fun and future garden. It is notonly committed to realizing a seamless digital retail experience, but also to changingthe traditional physical retail mode and bringing customers a diversifiedinteractive digital experience with a full sense of thefuture - more than 60high-quality brands have been introduced, including more than 30 exclusivestores, first stores, new concept stores and K11 Select exclusive flagshipstores. This unique tenant mixbrings an unprecedented new concept of Cultural Retailfor generation Z, local consumers and tourists from all over the country.

LLA延续K11独特的文化零售概念，将“艺术·人文·自然”核心元素融入顾客体验，并围绕“未来生活实验场”的定位，加入未来与科技的元素。以天津独特的运河文化为灵感，提出以“A River of Discovery探索之河”为设计理念，缔造全新的城市空间有机体。

K11 Select creates animmersive creative journey by integrating the central elements "Art,Humanities, and Nature" into a customer experience. Focusing on thepositioning of the "Future Life Experimental Ground", elements of thefuture and technology are added. Inspired by Tianjin's unique canal culture,Laguarda.Low's design concept of"A River of Discovery" creates a new urban organism.

以“A River of Discovery探索之河”为设计灵感出发点，室内整体空间宛如被自然溪流雕刻而成，通过一体化的吊顶与扶梯设计，与垂直空间自然相连，创造出优雅的流线型空间。

The interior design of K11 Select is shaped like a space innature, carved by the flow of a river. The streamlined flow of thehorizontal space is created by the elegant curvesthat are naturally connectedto the vertical space through the integrated escalator design.

蜿蜒曲折的铺地设计以及简洁明快的无缝照明设计在连续的空间中叠加上不同维度的流动曲线，形成富有层次与动感的“河流”串联起商业与艺术空间，引导顾客在其中游览探索。

The winding floor paving and seamless lighting design superimposeflow curves of different dimensions in a continuous space, forming ahierarchical and dynamic "river" connecting commercial and artisticspaces, guiding customers to explore and experience.

不同“河流”的交汇处形成了特殊的展陈空间，为近四十件由国内外艺术家创作的当代艺术品提供了展示的舞台，将艺术文化的气息渲染于商业空间的方寸间。

The intersection of different "rivers" formsunique exhibition spaces, which provide stages for nearly 40 contemporaryartworks created by domestic and foreign artists, the breath of art andculture is expertly woven into every square inch of commercial space.

整体设计材料采用素雅白色GFRG雕刻和大理石铺地，以在动态的商业空间中营造出典雅沉静的艺术陈列氛围。

The interior is sculpted with white GFRG, marble stonepaving, and state-of-the-art lighting to create an elegant and refined art showatmosphere in the dynamic and active commercial space.

在构筑统一设计语言大框架的同时，建筑师也在各层融入不同的元素以对应相应主题。其中，让人仿佛置身于太空舱的洗手间设计、光影互动的电梯厅融合了未来科技感。

While designing the framework for a unified design language, Laguarda.Lowincorporated different elements on each floor to correspond to the uniquethemes. The "Space Capsule"restroom design and the "Light and Shadow"elevator hall integrate the sense of future technology.

位于五层的穹顶设计为空间引入充足的自然光线，室内的枯山水景观、绿色植物幕墙与公区的绿色点缀，又彰显出人与自然的和谐相处。

The skylight design introduces ample natural light into the space.The indoor dry landscape, green plant curtain wall and green embellishment ofthe public area also demonstrate the harmony between man and nature.

入口——波纹走廊 

Wave Corridor

K11 Select的入口设计受到不同形态的水波纹的启发，利用白色哑光的GFRG创造出起伏的“波纹”，波纹间的层层灯光在墙面缓缓的退晕，营造出出离的未来感。简明轻快的设计语言与外立面协调统一，又以充满仪式感的场景预示着“探索之河”的开始。

太空舱卫生间

Space CapsuleToilet

位于二楼的专用洗手间以太空舱作为设计出发点，为顾客创造出充满未来感的独特体验. 封闭分离的厕所隔间如科幻世界的太空胶囊，最大限度的保护了用户的隐私，也提高了空间品质。

The special toilet located on the second floor presents a new concept of a unique and futuristic restroom experience for customers. The enclosed and separate toilet compartments are like space capsules in a science fiction world, which maximizes the privacy of users and improves the spatial experience.

隔间内的水槽、镜子和马桶均采用定制，与胶囊分离。公用洗手池边角的曲面处理，被波浪形墙面包围的椭圆形镜子，小便器隔板与弧形墙面上平滑地连接，无缝自由弯曲的线性照明，灵感来自河中鹅卵石的天花板灯以及蜿蜒的铺地设计，所有元素之间界限模糊，都与有机空间融为一体，创造出“从未来而来”空间感。

五层禅意园 

Zen Garden

充满流线与韵律，仿佛自然形成的空间设计是K11 Select的主旋律之一。项目五层通过木质饰面玻璃穹顶天窗引入自然光。鹅卵石、沙滩、灌木丛和艺术的禅意花园，为访客提供了在大自然中的宁静休息。游客可以通过一系列旋转的舱壁雕刻的峡谷空间欣赏整个商场的壮观全景。关注人与自然的可持续发展，创造城市新空间，成为回馈城市的有机体。

The space design takes shape in nature, which is one of main themesof K11 Select, full of streamline and rhythm. The fifth floor of the projectintroduces natural light through the glass dome skylight with wooden finishframe. Zen gardens with pebbles, sands, bushes, and Art along with a grove oftrees outside the skylight provides customers with a peaceful rest in nature.Visitors can enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of the entire mall throughthe canyon-like space carved by a series of swirling bulkheads. It paysattention to the sustainable development of man and nature, creates a new urbanspace, and becomes an organism that feeds back to the city.

不同于其他K11 采取繁复的手法营造空间奇观，天津K11Select更希望以一种柔和的姿态介入和链接商业与艺术，在热烈丰富的商业空间与高贵疏离的艺术空间中找到一种平衡，创造出适宜多元化形式的环境氛围，最大限度的展示商品与艺术品本身。未来的商场如何不断更新以适应人们物质与精神所需的变化，LLA已然给出了一个均质包容且充满“呼吸感”的新答案。

Differing from other K11 methods which are morecomplicated in creating spatial wonders, Tianjin K11 Select intertwinescommerce and art with a gentle attitude, finding a balance between the warm andrich commercial space and the noble and unique art space, and creates anenvironment suitable for diversified forms, maximizing the display of productsand artworks. How does one update a future shopping mall for anew generation's everchanging needs? Laguarda.Low has given a new answer that is inclusive and fullof life, the "feeling of breathing".
