Dear PCGO Employees,
PCGO HR team will establish an E2E Sharing Platform to all PCGO employees. This sharing platform will collect the training courses from each PCGO division and the training information will be shared. The training invitation will be sent to all PCGO employees with the same location of the training, and you are able to join in them by accepting the invitation. With this sharing platform, you are easily to join in the cross-functional training that you are interested in.
The training courses opened by the sharing platform can be classified into 3 categories, general skills and mindset, Industry knowledge and supply chain knowledge. The training deck will be uploaded to the co-work for you to read and learn off line.
