Senior Foreign Trade Managers (3 positions)

Salary Range: $15,000 - $25,000 per month

(Outstanding candidates will be considered for special compensation)

Locations: 

- 1 position in Longgang, Shenzhen

- 1 position based in Austin, United States

- 1 position in Warsaw, Poland

Job Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for the strategic goals and 5-year development plan of the Business Unit.

2. Overall responsibility for the annual sales budget, annual operating cost control, and annual net profit of the Business Unit.

3. Development and optimization of the business management mechanisms of the Business Unit.

4. Overall responsibility for the introduction, internal development, and talent reserve of key personnel in the Business Unit.

5. Proficiency in understanding the business models, product architecture, pricing systems, promotion strategies, and sales strategies of competitors in the Business Unit.

6. Proficiency in the development and optimization of the team management model, management system, training system, assessment system, and elimination system of the Business Unit.

7. Proficiency in the professional capabilities of key positions in the Business Unit, with the ability to identify and address weaknesses and shortcomings in the work of key position members, and the ability to help key position members achieve success.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of sales management experience in the charging pile field in the European or North American market, with a preference for those with experience in the integrated charging and storage market.

2. Accurate understanding of the business models, promotion strategies, and sales strategies of the charging pile market in the European or North American markets, with industry experience.

3. Abundant channel resources and successful cases in the European or North American markets.

4. Strong abilities in customer development, business opportunity conversion, business negotiation, project management, and potential risk management, along with strong business acumen.

5. Rich industry experience and successful cases in goal management, project management, operations management, and team management within the Business Unit.

Salary Range: $10,000 - $20,000 per month(Outstanding candidates will be considered for special compensation)

Locations:

2 positions in Longgang, Shenzhen

2 positions based in Austin, United States

2 positions in Warsaw, Poland

Job Responsibilities:

1.Develop annual sales budgets based on the Business Unit's strategic goals and development plans.

2.Develop and build customer relationships and channels using the sales funnel principle to meet individual sales budget targets.

3.Collaborate with channel managers and customer managers in the marketing department to conduct on-site visits, maintain customer relationships, and assess the real channel capabilities and growth potential of responsible customers.

4.Responsible for the development, maintenance, and project management of the top 10 customers and channels in the assigned region.

5.Research and compile information on competitors' business models, pricing systems, promotion strategies, and sales strategies in the assigned region and report to the marketing department's channel managers.

6.Submit sales data to the Business Unit Assistant according to the company's weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual report templates.


Qualifications:

1.At least 3 years of sales management experience in the charging pile field in the European or North American market, with a preference for those with experience in the integrated charging and storage market.

2.Accurate understanding of the business models, promotion strategies, and sales strategies of the charging pile market in the European or North American markets, with industry experience.

3.Abundant channel resources and successful cases in the European or North American markets.

4.Strong abilities in customer development, business opportunity conversion, business negotiation, project management, and potential risk management, along with strong business acumen.

5.Rich industry experience and successful cases in goal management, project management, operations management, and team management within the Business Unit.


Business Unit Assistant (1 position)

Salary Range: $8,000 - $15,000 per month

Location: Longgang, Shenzhen

Job Responsibilities:

1.Collect and categorize weekly sales data according to the company's sales weekly report template and conduct internal ranking competitions.

2.Compile and validate Business Unit ledger data according to company department ledger standards in coordination with the Finance Department, Business Unit Director, and General Office.

3.Compile Business Unit complaint data according to the company's complaint list template and confirm resolution statuses with FAE, Sales, R&D, and the factory.

4.Organize Business Unit sales personnel to compile monthly order schedules using the company's order schedule template and confirm with the Business Unit Director and General Office.

5.Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual sales data according to the company's monthly summary, quarterly summary, and annual summary templates and confirm with the Business Unit Director and General Office.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, under the age of 30, with a CET6 level of English proficiency, excellent English communication and reading/writing skills. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

2.Minimum of 3 years of ToB foreign trade work experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in sales management roles.

3.Strong ability to handle pressure, a sense of responsibility, good language expression skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.

4.Strong execution skills, capable of efficiently completing job responsibilities and tasks assigned by company leadership.

5.High ethical standards and a professional attitude that prioritizes the company's interests and aligns with the company's values.
