
面对逐渐增强的购买力市场,消费者的零售支出增加,以及城市人口增长和年轻消费群的不断扩张。越南最近成为投资热点,吸引越来越多的海外投资者。在亚太地区,商业地产总额的75%集中在五个市场:中国、日本、澳大利亚、香港和新加坡。
另外一份报道显示,欧盟企业对于越南市场未来发展非常看好,并积极准备投资方案。
数据统计显示,今年前7个月,越南和欧盟之间的双边贸易达到212亿美元,同比增长9.05%。越南海运出口到欧盟的货物价值约162亿美元,同比增长8.68%, 进口货物价值超过49.7亿美元,与2015年同期增长了10.28%。
Vietnam is emerging as a rising retail market within Asia-Pacific, according to real estate consultants JLL. “The market is becoming more attractive recently on the back of a rise in purchasing power, growth in consumer retail spending, and an expansion in urban population and young demographics,” Mr. Stephen Wyatt, Country Head of JLL Vietnam, said.
Vietnam has been among the world’s Top 30 most attractive emerging retail markets since 2008 in the Global Retail Development Index (GRDI) published annually by AT Kearney from the US.In Asia-Pacific, 75 per cent of total commercial real estate is currently concentrated in five markets: China, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, according to JLL's LIM Global Real Estate Universe February 2016 report.
Another post, European Union enterprises have indicated positive sentiment on the business environment in Vietnam, with many of them planning to increase investment, according to a Business Climate Index (BCI) survey for quarter 2, 2016, conducted by the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham).
Statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) showed that two-way trade between Vietnam and the EU reached US$21.2 billion in the first seven months of this year, up 9.05% compared the same period last year. Besides that, Vietnam shipped US$16.2 billion worth of goods to the EU, a year on year increase of 8.68% while importing over US$4.97 billion worth of goods, up 10.28% against the same period in 2015.
