自2021年1月21日起，荷兰政府对来自英国、南非及南美等国家的航班实施禁飞。由于荷兰近期提升全国封锁级别，导致荷航部分航线网络无法正常运营；但荷兰皇家航空仍然照常执飞从中国大陆各航点和香港出发的客运航班，尽可能地为旅客提供便利。

荷航推出了高度灵活的销售政策，让旅客可以充分放心地更改行程。

荷航正在积极与各国及相关国际机构保持密切联络协调，以求尽快恢复正常航运网络。

荷航始终致力于在旅行的每个阶段为乘客与员工提供最佳的健康和卫生条件。

Since January 21st, 2021, the Dutch government implemented a ban on flights from the United Kingdom, South Africa and various countries in South America. In response to the lock down measures recently tightened in the Netherlands, a part of the KLM network is impacted; however, the flights to China mainland and Hong Kong remain operation, trying our utmost to provide convenience to our customers.

KLM has adapted a fully flexible sales policy to enable customers to rebook/refund their trip in complete confidence.

KLM is maintaining intensive and close contact with various national and international authorities to resume normal worldwide network as soon as possible.
