Rhenus launches Pacific Bridge – the multimodal solution that connects China to South America using a combination of air, ocean and road freights. Rhenus’ service offers shorter transit times and reduced costs compared to a solely ocean shipment. The cargo is consolidated from China via the US West Coast and transloaded to Rhenus’ own Air Gateway in Miami for on-forwarding via airfreight to the destination in LATAM. The transit time is approximately 15 to 19 days from China to any destination in LATAM.
