Weifeng Ma joined CBBC in 2016 and is currently Director Stakeholder Relations East China. He works on government, stakeholder and business relations, and certain UK stakeholders, partners and members especially financial and professional services members.

Weifeng has working experiences in the Chinese public sector and the private sector in the UK. He was Associate Client Advisor of UBS Wealth Management London looking after HNI clients from Greater China. Before that, he worked at China Council for the Promotion of International Trade ("CCPIT") Head Office and UK Representative Office. Weifeng lived in the UK for many years and has extensive experience in cross cultural communication.

麻伟锋先生2016年加入CBBC，现任上海地区公共关系总监。他的工作覆盖政府关系、公共关系和商务关系等，他也负责维护特定英国合作伙伴和处理会员相关事务，尤其是金融与专业服务领域。

Chester currently focuses on both Shanghai and China property markets and is responsible for producing ad-hoc market reports on the retail and commercial property sectors of the markets, including key indicator analysis, tenant survey, China 20 retail cities and annual market outlook.

He works closely with consultant and agency team to give regular client presentations on various sectors of the property market. He has also been involved in a number of major consultancy studies, including market trend, consumer analysis and strategic retail store planning.

Chester has over ten years of experience in property research in both Shanghai and China since he joined Savills in 2007.

张琳先生主要负责对上海及中国房地产市场进行市场调查及研究，并就零售及办公物业趋势性话题出具市场报告。主要报告内容包括市场指标数据分析、租户调查、中国零售20城、年度市场回顾与展望等。

Lucy Ren is Executive Director of ZIZHU Hi-Tech Development Park, responsible for ZIZHU investment promotion. Meanwhile as vice general manager of ZIZHU Digital Hub, the wholly-owned subsidiary of ZIZHU Hi-Tech Park, Lucy manages the daily operation of the Hub.

Lucy Ren is active in investment promotion since she joined Industrial Land field, experienced in developing industrial park, projects negotiation, enterprises services and office operations.

任曼女士目前任职于紫竹高新技术产业开发区，担任招商中心执行总监职位，负责整个高新区招商工作。同时兼任高新区全资子公司紫竹信息数码港副总经理职位，负责公司日常运营。

Cliff Xu is the Managing Director of Rhenus Logistics China Ltd., a German Logistics Company with presence in more than 750 locations globally. Cliff started his career in Shanghai in 2004, at a time when China’s manufacturing sector had started to boom, and has seen the evolution of different industries with changing demands. A seasoned professional in the Third Party Logistics ("3PL") field, he brings to the table his diverse knowledge and his recent experiences on the challenges faced by the service industry during the Covid-19 outbreak.

徐臻是雷诺斯中国公司的总经理，雷诺斯在全球拥有750多家分支机构。2004年，Cliff在上海开始了他的职业生涯，当时中国的制造业已经开始蓬勃发展，他见证了不同行业在需求不断变化中的演化。作为第三方物流（“3PL”）领域经验丰富的专业人士，他以自己多样化的知识和最近的经验阐述了服务行业在新冠病毒爆发期间所受到的挑战。
