With the ongoing pandemic causing uncertainties in transportation, Rhenus managed to book the earliest shipping date to minimize the risk of cargo delay. Showing extra care for the high-value goods, Rhenus carefully handled unloading and arranged special vans for delivering the bicycles right up to the third floor of client’s storage warehouse – essentially offering “White Glove” service ( it refers to a series of additional services including installation and other paid services that are provided to customers for the logistics distribution of large, heavy and high-value goods) for the last mile delivery.
