您好！现将政府部门关于口岸受洪灾影响的紧急通知同步如下：

2025年7月8日5时46分许，受近期强降雨影响，吉隆县东林藏布河河水暴涨，水流冲击导致吉隆口岸国门热索桥我方一侧垮塌，吉隆口岸至热索瓦进出口贸易通道暂时中断，恢复时间暂无法确定。

关于您存于吉隆口岸仓库的货物，请您放心：仓库配备高标准防水防潮设施，灾前已完成货物垫高、密封防护等预处理，洪灾期间安保团队全程值守，所有货物均完好无损。

对于已运抵吉隆口岸或已启运的货物，可尽快存储至吉隆口岸仓库；若需转运，请注意樟木口岸正处于恢复重建阶段，出口货物倒装场、查验场等设施不足，通关能力受限，出口货物排队通关时间较长，望予以谅解。

Urgent Announcement on the Impact of Heavy Rainfall on Tibet's Gyirong Port

Hello! We are now synchronizing the urgent notice from the government authorities regarding the impact of floods on the ports as follows:

At around 5:46 on July 8, 2025, due to recent heavy rainfall, the water level of the Donglin Zangbu River in Kerung County rose sharply. The impact of the water flow caused the collapse of the Chinese side of the Resuo Bridge at the national gate of Kerung Port. The import and export trade channel from Kerung Port to Resuo has been temporarily interrupted, and the resumption time has not yet been determined.

Regarding the goods you have stored in the warehouse of Kerung Port, please rest assured: the warehouse is equipped with high-standard waterproof and moisture-proof facilities. Before the flood, pre-treatments such as elevating the goods and sealing protection were completed. During the flood, the security team was on duty throughout, and all goods are intact.

For goods that have arrived at Kerung Port or have been shipped, they can be stored in the warehouse of Kerung Port as soon as possible. If transshipment is needed, please note that Khasa Port is in the stage of recovery and reconstruction. The facilities such as the export goods transshipment yard and inspection yard are insufficient, the customs clearance capacity is limited, and the queuing time for export goods clearance is relatively long. We hope for your understanding.
