意大利毕勤集团：期待用技术创新为中国能源转型贡献力量

"In the context of sustainable development, Bitron is looking to contribute to China's energy transition through its innovation and technology and foster more cooperation between China and Italy," Davide Liborio Praino, general manager of Bitron Electronic China, said in an exclusive interview with China Daily.

Founded in 1955, Bitron is one of the most famous suppliers of electronic and electromechanical components in the world. Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the group currently operates 18 factories and 16 sales and technical centers across Europe, America, and Asia, with more than 8,000 employees in total. 

毕勤集团是全球知名的电子与机电元器件供应商，成立于1955年，总部位于意大利都灵，目前在欧、美、亚三大洲建有18家工厂、16家销售和技术中心，员工总数超8000人。

In Europe, Bitron has been working with major energy suppliers for decades. It is at the forefront of smart meter technology, providing services covering the entire metering system, including software development, production, and data collection and processing, according to the group. 

在欧洲，毕勤已和主要的能源供应公司保持了数十年的合作关系。毕勤一直站在智能电表技术的前沿，提供包括软件开发、制造、数据收集和处理等在内的覆盖计量系统全流程的服务。

With advanced functions such as parameter measurements, remote FW update，self-diagnosis and encryption, Bitron's smart energy meters optimize operational reliability, data security, and electrical safety, while helping users improve their energy efficiency through visualized real-time data.

凭借参数测量、远程固件更新、自我诊断、加密等先进功能，毕勤生产的智能电表不仅可以优化操作可靠性、数据安全性和电气安全性，还通过提供可视化的实时数据帮助用户提高了能源效率。

Meanwhile, Bitron has been ramping up its investments in electric vehicle charging technologies. A highlight of them is the vehicle-to-grid, or V2G technology, which allows EV owners to send the power back from the batteries to the grid.

与此同时，毕勤不断加大对电动车充电技术的投入。其中，最引人注目的即是车网互动技术(V2G), 该技术可以帮助电动车车主将电池中的电力送回电网。

Noting China's position as the world's largest NEV market, Praino said as the market expands, the technology will play a vital role in managing renewable energy demand, enhancing energy efficiency and balancing the energy system in the future.

鉴于中国目前是全球最大的新能源车市场，Praino表示随着中国市场的进一步扩大，未来车网互动技术将在管理可再生能源需求、提高能源效率和平衡能源系统中扮演重要角色。

According to projections from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, China’s NEV sales are to reach 11.5 million units this year, representing a year-on- year increase of 21 percent and accounting for 37.1 percent of the total new vehicle sales.

根据中国汽车工业协会的预测，今年中国新能源汽车销量预计将达到1150万辆，较去年同比增长21%，约占全年新车销量的37.1%。

BEC will continue to increase investments in China and explore opportunities in China's energy and NEV sectors, to further support the industrial growth and contribute to the energy transformation of the country, Praino said.

Praino说，毕勤易特将继续深化中国市场布局，积极探索中国能源行业和新能源车行业的广阔机遇, 以推动行业发展，助力中国的能源转型。

除了在产品设计、生产，服务等方面贯彻可持续发展理念，毕勤易莱特还在运营过程中大力推行节能减排。

BEC's branch in Huangdao district is equipped with a ground-source heat pump system that can effectively fulfil the heating and cooling requirements of its 10,000-square-meter factory. 

毕勤易莱特的黄岛分公司配备了地源热泵系统。该系统可以满足其10000平方米厂区的供热和制冷需求。

Also, the company installed 2,427 solar panels at its plant in Chengyang district. With a total power of 1.4 megawatts, the photovoltaic project is able to supply 17-20 percent of the electricity needed in the plant and cut more than 1000 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year.

此外，该公司在其城阳工厂内安装了2427块光伏面板。该光伏发电项目总功率为1.4兆瓦，能够满足工厂每年17%-20%的用电需求，并减少1000多吨的二氧化碳排放。

In January, BEC obtained a certificate from the Responsible Business Alliance, one of the world's largest industry coalitions dedicated to responsible business conduct, after completing the RBA validated assessment program. The assessment involves self-evaluation and third-party audits related to labor, health and safety, environment, ethics, and management systems.

今年1月，毕勤易莱特在完成了责任商业联盟（Responsible Business Alliance, RBA）的认证评估项目后，获得了该组织颁发的证书。RBA是目前全球最大的致力于责任商业行为的产业联盟之一。该认证项目涉及劳工、健康与安全、环境、道德和管理体系的自我评估及第三方审查。

架起中意合作之桥

Reflecting on BEC's growth in China, Praino described it as an incredible journey, bolstered by many partners, customers, and the local government.  

回顾毕勤易莱特在中国的发展历程，Praino将其形容为在合作伙伴、客户以及当地政府支持下的一段不可思议的旅程。

From 2021-23, BEC recorded a combined revenue of 3.92 billion yuan ($536 million), with an average growth rate of more than 19 percent. 

2021年至2023年间，该公司的总营收达到了39.2亿元人民币（约5.36亿美元），年均增长率超19%。

"Bitron has made a remarkable success in China during the past 20 years. But for us, we hope to see win-win situations all round. We believe in innovation and solutions that make everybody's life better, greener, and more efficient," he said.

“过去20年，毕勤在中国取得了巨大的成功。但对我们而言，我们期望看到各方均有所收获。我们所追求的是可以让每个人的生活变得更美好、更环保、更高效的创新和解决方案。”他说道。

Given the different regulations and practices in Europe, Bitron can provide not only technologies but multiple services for Chinese companies eager to expand their presence in European countries, according to him. 

考虑到中欧市场规则的差异，毕勤不仅可以为志在欧洲国家拓展业务版图的中国公司提供尖端技术，还可以提供多种服务。

The group has, as an equity partner, founded the startup Ampere Transition in Milan which offers training activities, consulting and marketing services focused on energy transition.

毕勤已作为合伙人在米兰成立了初创公司Ampere Transition，专门提供与能源转型相关的培训、咨询和营销服务。

"So we would like to share our expertise and global resources with Chinese partners and to boost exchanges between China and Italy, as well as other European nations."
