今年,全国多地调整了最低工资标准,截止目前已有北京、天津、浙江、江苏、广东、上海等6省市最低工资在2000元以上。其中,上海2480元最高,其次是北京2320元。
This year, many provinces and cities across the country adjusted the minimum wage standard. As of now, Beijing, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai and other six provinces and cities set the minimum wage above RMB 2000. Among them, Shanghai sets the highest standard of RMB 2480, followed by Beijing of RMB 2320.

上海市发布2020年度全口径城镇单位就业人员平均工资为124056元(10338元/月),比上年增长7.9%。按此计算,2021年7月1日起,本市社保缴费基数的上限调整为31014元/月。社保缴费基数下限应为全口径城镇单位就业人员平均工资的60%。另规定社保缴费基数的下限将分两年过渡到位,自2021年7月1日起调整为5975元/月。
Shanghai released the average salary of urban employees in 2020 based on overall statistics as RMB 124,056 (RMB 10,338 /month), witnessing an increase of 7.9% over the previous year. Accordingly, the upper limit of the city's social security contribution base will be adjusted to RMB 31,014/month from July 1, 2021. The lower limit of the social security contribution base shall be 60% of the average salary of the overall urban employees. It is also stipulated that the lower limit of the social security contribution base will be implemented in phase within two years, and will be adjusted to RMB 5,975/month from July 1, 2021.

深圳市2020年城镇非私营单位在岗职工年平均工资为139436元,折算为在岗职工月平均工资为11620元(四舍五入),比起2019年度社平工资10646元,上涨了974元。
The average annual salary of on-the-job urban employees in non-private companies in Shenzhen in 2020 is RMB 139,436, namely an average monthly salary of RMB 11,620 (rounded up), seeing an increase of RMB 974 from the 2019 annual social average salary of RMB 10,646.

《数据安全法》正式发布
The Law of the People's Republic of China on Data Security was officially promulgated
2021年6月10日第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十九次会议通过《中华人民共和国数据安全法》,这是我国第一部有关数据安全的专门法律。生效之后,《数据安全法》将与《网络安全法》以及正在立法进程中的《个人信息保护法》一起,全面构筑中国信息及数据安全领域的法律框架。
On June 10, 2021, the 29th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China adopted the Law of the People's Republic of China on Data Security, which is the first special law on data security in China. After its entry into force, the Data Security Law will join the Network Security Law and the Personal Information Protection Law, which is in the legislative process, to comprehensively construct the legal framework in the field of information and data security in China.
《安全生产法》修改并颁布施行

2021年6月10日,中华人民共和国第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十九次会议于通过《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改〈中华人民共和国安全生产法〉的决定》。本次修改决定共42条,自2021年9月1日起施行。
On June 10, 2021, the 29th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China adopted the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Amending the Law of the People's Republic of China on Work Safety. The decision to amend a total of 42 articles, effective from September 1, 2021.
深圳市修订《员工工资支付条例》
Shenzhen revised the Regulations on the Payment of Employees' salary
2021年5月27日,《深圳市员工工资支付条例修正案(草案))》(下称《修正案(草案)》)提请深圳市七届人大常委会第一次会议审议。《修正案(草案)》删除了不定时工作制员工在法定休假日工作享受加班工资的规定。
《修正案(草案)》还完善了停工停产情形下工资支付的规定。
On May 27, 2021, the Amendment to the Regulations on the Payment of Wages to Employees in Shenzhen (Draft) (hereinafter referred to as the Amendment (Draft)) was submitted to the first meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh Shenzhen People's Congress for discussion. The Amendment (Draft) removes the provision that employees working on irregular working hours are entitled to overtime pay for working on statutory holidays.
The Amendment (Draft) also improves the provisions for the payment of salary during downtime and production suspension.
上海市调整2021年度住房公积金缴存基数、比例以及月缴存额上下限
Shanghai adjusted 2021 annual housing fund contribution base, ratio and monthly contribution amount upper and lower limits
自2021年7月1日起,上海市职工住房公积金的缴存基数由2019年月平均工资调整为2020年月平均工资。住房公积金和补充住房公积金缴存基数最高不超过31014元,最低不低于2480元。
Starting from July 1, 2021, the contribution base of Shanghai employees' housing provident fund is adjusted from the average monthly salary in 2019 to the average monthly salary in 2020. The maximum contribution base for housing provident fund and supplementary housing provident fund shall not exceed RMB 31,014 and the minimum shall not be less than RMB 2,480.
上海市闵行区率先试点 签订“电子劳动合同”
Shanghai Minhang District takes the lead in piloting the signing of "electronic labor contracts"
上海市闵行区率先在沪上试点在线上通过“一网通办”平台签订“电子劳动合同”,为企业与劳动者通过网上不见面签署劳动合同开了先河。据了解,该项业务将于今年7月正式开通。
Minhang District in Shanghai took the lead in piloting the online signing of "electronic labor contracts" through the "Government Online-Offline" platform, being a precedent for enterprises and employees to sign labor contracts online without meeting. It is understood that the service will be officially opened in July this year.
腾讯试点强制员工6点下班,快手取消大小周
Tencent pilots to force employees to leave work at 6:00, and KUAISHOU cancels the policy of “long-short week”
腾讯旗下的光子工作室,从2021年6月14日起开始推行“强制不加班双休”的政策,要求每周三员工必须在6点下班;周三以外的工作日不晚于21点离开办公室;同时,公司要求周末与法定节假日要按照国家规定进行休息,并明令严禁周末连续两天加班,如果因特殊情况需要加班,必须提前向领导申请并阐明理由。
快手称,将从2021年 7 月 1 日起取消大小周。员工按需加班。公司按照相关规定向员工支付加班工资,即周末加班,快手向员工支付 2 倍工资,国家法定节假日加班,向员工支付 3 倍工资。
Tencent Photon Studio adopted the "Mandatory None Overtime Weekend" policy from June 14, 2021, requiring employees to leave work at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and no later than 21:00 p.m. on weekdays other than Wednesdays; at the same time, the company requires weekends and legal holidays to be rested in accordance with national regulations, and strictly prohibits overtime work on two consecutive days on weekends, and if overtime work is required in special circumstances, it must be approved by the management in advance.
KUAISHOU announced that it will cancel the working hour system of long-short week from July 1, 2021, under which the employees have alternative six-day and five-day workweeks. Employees will work overtime on demand. The company will pay overtime wages to employees in accordance with relevant regulations, i.e., for overtime work on weekends, KUAISHOU will pay 2 times the wages to employees, and 3 times the wages for overtime work on statutory holidays.
