今日,上海海和药物研究开发股份有限公司(下称“海和药物”)宣布,其自主开发的PI3Kα选择性抑制剂甲磺酸瑞索利塞片(下称“瑞索利塞”,研发代号:CYH33;中文商品名:海泽欣® ;日本商品名:ハイツエキシン®錠10 mg)获得日本厚生劳动省(MHLW)批准上市,用于治疗化疗后疾病进展且携带PIK3CA基因突变的卵巢透明细胞癌(OCCC)。瑞索利塞是全球首个用于化疗后疾病进展OCCC的单药靶向治疗药物,也是全球首个在日本获批的PI3Kα选择性抑制剂。该药物于2025年6月获得日本厚生劳动省(MHLW)孤儿药认定。
