今日，上海海和药物研究开发股份有限公司宣布，公司自主研发、拥有完全知识产权的EZH1/2双靶小分子抑制剂艾普美妥司他片（研发代号：HH2853），获国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心（CDE）正式批准纳入优先审评审批程序，拟用于治疗不可手术的局部晚期或转移性经治上皮样肉瘤（Epithelioid Sarcoma, ES）患者。本品为1类创新药，有望成为国产首款递交新药上市申请（NDA）的EZH1/2双靶小分子抑制剂。
