东西南北中，就是拼麻将，可惜还缺了个发，发财的發。当然还缺一条一鸟等等，万一给我们拼齐了呢，听个十三幺，还能变王炸呢，说不定还能血战到底呢，慢慢来，需要耐心，需要等待。
东南西北中，发财到广东。我们还做着发财梦，艺术梦。
到最后，我们究竟是发财或发梦，发骚(姣)，发癫或发疯，没人知道，我们就是要发，重要的是发。

Canton Gallery will present the first group & relaunch exhibition, which brings exceptional artists from different regions of China.
A range of media including painting, sculpture, performance, video, installation, photography, and other works will be shown on the new site of Canton Gallery.
East, south, west, north and centre refer to "mahjong" tiles in China, and we could see one tile missing - the tile of fortune (發fa). Of course, there is also a lack of the bird tile and the "tiao" tile. May be we could gather all tiles and win the game with confidence. Anyway, patience is the prerequisite for everything we do. We should to wait for the right moment.
We come up with the idea of "mahjong" for this group exhibition, highlighting the tiles of different diretions and the tile of fortune (發fa). This exhibition is not only about our dream of art, but also our pursuit of fortune in the future.
At the end of the day, whether we become prosperous or are just daydreaming, mad or crazy, no one knows. The important thing is to act as a trigger, allowing things to slowly happen.

Established in Guangzhou, 2015, Canton Gallery focuses on aritists based in the Pearl River Delta, aspiring growth for both.
