Position: Production/Material Planner

Location: Fengxian（上海奉贤）

Responsibilities:

1. To  call off raw material based on production scheduling and monitor vendors performance.

2. To be responsible for raw materials and packaging requirements planning (MRP) tied up with production plan.

3. Collects daily tank fill levels and inventories and determines corrective actions, if necessary.

4. To manage and file relevant documentation accordingly.

5. To be responsible for Raw Material forecasting: Based on sales forecasts,  supply review and MRP output, historic & seasonal consumption, build the best estimation of the raw materials consumption for rolling 3 – 18  months.

Position: SHE Engineer

Location: Fengxian （上海奉贤）

Responsibilities:

1.  Maintain SHE system

2. Coordinate all Regulations Affairs activities, including chemicals registration, MSDS and label.

3. Update SHE procedures based on China regulations and allnex SHE standards.

4. Be responsible for Occupational Health management, including establish occupational Health monitoring; work with medical advisor to continuously improve occupational health management including chemical risk assessment, MERP, etc.

5.  Track the EHS requirement of government and build effective communication with government.

Required Skills And Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in SHE.

• CSE (Certified Safety Engineer in Chemical industry safety), ISO45001/ISO14001 Internal auditor certificates

• At least 3 year experience in ISO 14001 & 45001. Lead assessor experience will be an advantage.

• Knowledge in chemistry, safety and occupational health is preferred.

• Familiar with  manufacturing safety technology, chemical process is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Safety & Environment or equivalent.

Position: Process Supervisor

Location: Fengxian （上海奉贤）

Responsibilities:

1. Take responsibility to establish an effective and professional Process Engineering Department to  support the head of Operations to achieve company goals such as Quality, Cost, Efficiency, Safety and Security.

2. Be responsible for establishing and improving the organization structure, working systems of process department.

3. Better coordinate the working relationship between the process department and other departments to driving lean manufacturing concept to consist with World Class Manufacturing system.

4.  Ensure the project transfer target achievements in terms of equipment efficiency, quality, lead time,  investments etc. to reach the maximum internal customer satisfaction.

5. Pursue production processes continues improvement and operation cost reduction.

6. Better communicating /aligning with headquarter technical expertise to deploy further in line process improvements.

Required Skills And Experience:

• Rich working experience related with electrical maintenance in chemical industry or petrochemical industry;

• A proven Process Improvement Track Record;

• Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment;

• People skills in multi-lingual, -cultural, -national environment;

• Profound conscious of quality control, product management and financial cost.

• Be very familiar with such engineering tools like SPC, DOE, PFMEA, SOP.
