Introduction
Automatic Cutting machine 1050 is divided into four models according to the function: Automatic Heating&Die-cutting Machine With Stripping BL-1050SH、Automatic Heating&Die-cutting Machine BL-1050EH、Automatic Die-cutting Machine With Stripping BL-1050S、Die-cutting Machine BL-1050E.
Die-cutting machine 1050 is the ideal equipment for die cutting、creasing and cold embossingof various paper packaging products such as paper 、cardboardand so on. The machine can handle 7500 sheets per hour, can process a maximum paper of 1050 x 750 mm, a minimum paper of 400 x 360 mm. It has the advantages of high working speed, high security ,easy operation, and can be equipped with stripping function greatly improve work efficiency.
Die-cutting machine 1050 can handle a variety of substrates,besides 80~1000g/m² cardboard, It can also cut corrugated paper of 4mm and the thinner. Die cutting pressure can reach 300 tons, with a cutting accuracy of 0.075mm.The minimum min.holding width is 8mm,and it can do no biting treatment. After the installation of heating function, it can also heat and die cut plastic sheet materials such as 0.2~1mm PVC、PPC、PET.

2.Main Configuration
2.1 Sheet Feed Section
The parts of the high-speed feeder are all imported and assembled in China. And the forward, backward; high and low position can be adjusted according to stock: for smooth feeding of thin paper, large gram cardboard, corrugated paper, etc.
The powerful feeder is equipped with 4 lifting suction cups and 4 carrier suction cups; the direction of suckers are adjusted according to the paper deformation; blowers on both sides of the feed system separate the papers for smooth feeding process.
There are 3 detectors to prevent the feeder from damage if the feeder pile accidentally ascends beyond the safety point.
2.2 Feed Table
The tilted feed table helps to thinner paper positioningat high speed.
There are Push and pull dual-use side’s lay on both sides of feeding configuration.The side guides can be changed from push to pull without removal or installation of any components. The use of electric eyeto ensure accurate detection.
The single-position engagement clutch makes it possible to separate platen section at any time and combine with feeding section synchronously ,which simplify and facilitate the operation sequence.
2.3 Platen Press Section
The crankshaft ,worm wheel, worm, pendulum shaft and worm set products are made of imported high-grade alloy steel, after being tempered and ground, greatly improving the service life of key transmission parts of the machine.
The platen walls and seats are made of ductile iron in line with British Meehanite casting standard. Ensuring long-term reliable and stable operation of the machine, can withstand large tonnage pressure stably.
2.4 Movable Platen
The movable platen is made of special casting structure, with reliable strength to bear the operating pressure. The precision machining procedures ensure the platen’s flatness and balance, which could shorten pressure adjustment time.
Lifting pressure adopts electric digital display, the height of die-cutting table and tonnage are both accurate and easy to operate.
2.5 Main Motor
The main motor adopts Siemens variable-Frequency adjustable-Speed three-Phase induction motor.
The main driving system adopts imported pneumatic clutch and solenoid valve, separate precisely and durably.
2.6 Stripping Section
Two frame linkage stripping device has harmonious action and accurate precision.
With the upper,middle and lower frame structure, stretchable frame decorated,it’s more convenient and safer for the adjustment of the stripping part.
Electric controlling lifting device adopted to ensure quicker operation. \
2.7 Sheet Delivery Section
The paper damping reducer adopts mechanical delivery and press brush mechanism, can adjust the magnitude and intensity of movement. A variety of different types of paper can be stacked neatly at any speed.

2.8 Oil Cooling System
The lubrication oil coolsystem of machine adopts Taiwan’s imported pump, to reduce the oil temperature,ensure the machine pressure stable ,reduce scrap rate and extend service lifeof mechanical parts. It also equipped with an oil pressure display device andoil, air pressure insufficiency alarm device to ensure safety.
2.9 Torque Limiter
Torque limiter with high sensitivity can effectively ensure the safety of the machine operation and operator,professional manufacturing, ensuring longer service.
2.10 Gripers And Chain
The gripers are made of special extra hard aluminum alloy, with anode treatment onthe surface, ensuring accurate die cutting .
A special strengthening chain is used for the main gripper transmission through the original tensile treatment and pairing for accurate stability and prolonged life.
