Mr. Soul Htite, co-founded Lending Club,
Founder and CEO of Dianrong
Prior to founding Dianrong, Soul co-founded Lending Club, the world's largest and most advanced Peer-2-Peer (P2P) company, where he served as the Head of Technology until 2011. He led all the design and development efforts of Lending Club's online platform, ensuring that all online capabilities were both state-of-the-art and fully secure. The P2P platform received the prestigious Technology Pioneer award at the 2011 World Economic Forum.
Soul has spent most of his professional career building enterprise software at Oracle Corporation. His focus was in real-time online services and system design for high availability and fault tolerance. Soul held a senior product development position in Oracle's core Server Tech team, and led various research projects focusing on diagnosability and online system management services. Soul also led a global early product adoption initiative for Oracle's real-time collaboration products.
Dr. Jeffrey Chi, Managing Director of Vickers Venture Partners and a member of its Investment Committee and is currently Chairman of the Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association
Dr Chi has investments in China & SE Asia in online games, education, online travel, e-commerce and financial services. He is a member of the board of directors of Jing Jin Electric, Matchmove Entertainment, Lumina Louque, Roomorama, Affordable Luxury Network, Spicy Horse, Play Peli, California Intercontinental University, Mobinex, Inc., Alo7.com, Chinaway, Lotaris and Tenfen Technology. He was formerly a board member of Cambridge REIT, Sunfun Info and UUCUN as well as an alternate director of the Asian Food Channel. Dr Chi was also involved in the exits/partial exits of UUCUN (trade sale, China), Sunfun Info (IPO TT:5278, Taiwan), Cambridge Real Estate (IPO SGX: J91U & Trade Sale, Singapore),, Real Time Gaming Asia (Trade Sale, Singapore), TWG Tea (Trade Sale, Singapore) and Asian Food Channel (Trade Sale, Singapore)
Dr. Chi’s experience covers a variety of industries including information technology, healthcare and media. Formerly a corporate finance specialist with and Executive Director at Pegasus Capital, he has managed engagements for large and small clients in both the public and private sectors. Prior to Pegasus Capital, Dr. Chi was a senior consultant with the Monitor Group. Dr. Chi's operational background includes seven years on the management team of an engineering group with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China and Indonesia. As its Managing Director, he led the group into the Enterprise 50 in 1997 in Singapore.
Jing Pan is the Chief Marketing Officer at Dianrong.com, managing the PR and marketing efforts supporting the company's growth.
Prior she was the founding management team member and Vice President of several different functions of AdChina, the largest ad tech platform company in China from 5 years, after finishing her MBA at Harvard Business School.
Jing started her digital career at OgilvyInteractive Beijing and at OgilvyOne New York.
Jing is an active speaker in the Internet community and on the industry and academia conferences in China. She also dedicates efforts enable young Chinese professionals to participate social activities.
